Water treatment unit (WTU)

Vehicles are equipped with integral air conditioning units (HVAC) that naturally produce hundreds of liters of water per month. Currently, this water is dumped and treated as waste, while at the same time more resources are consumed to bring “new” water to troops. The Water Treatment Unit (WTU) utilizes this source, converting it into high-quality potable water. The WTU continuously filters, minerilizes, and sterilizes water produced by the HVAC system, refilling the vehicle’s current water containers and providing a constant, long-lasting supply of water. Cold, fresh water is dispensed from a dispensing unit stationed inside the vehicle’s cabin.
